hi y'all

mom i do not get headaches my asthma is fine, my spirits are spirited and i love you lots. i hope i got everything.

ok so i know you are all wondering transfers???? well i am staying with elder wilbur in mont saint hilaire for another 6 weeks. yeah! 

we had a neat story this week. so we went to visit a less active guy names nicolas. i have passed by his house with elder rasmussen like 3 times and was never home. so we finally went over there and we was home! and we talked to him for a while. less active work works! we got a referal from him! and hopefully we can work a little bit more with him so that he can come back to church. it was a testimony builder for me. my mission president is called of God. he knows what this mission needs and if we as missionaries are obedient to the revelation that he received than we will be blessed and will receive success. I find that it is the same thing in life. The prophets are here to receive revelation for the church. if we follow it and we try our hardest to be united with it then God will bless us. so family  i invite you to read the words of the prophets, old and modern. study them with each other. emily this will help you so much in high school. if  it is one thing i have learned, it is when i was studying the scriptures my relationships with everyone were better. when i wasn't.... well you get the idea. haha

we had a new missionary training by president this last week. which is weird because i just finished training and now i am a real boy! but i saw all the lads and lasses i came in with. and i even saw sister Landeen. i took a pic with her. she is really nice. she is training sister tribe who natalie was a sister training leader for in the mtc, so connections all over the place!

we had a lesson with a man called yvan. he is funny. he asked if either of us sang, and of course my companion says he does pointing to  me, so i pulled out my cantique book and sang a french song haha. super weird but he liked the hymn! haha

we see some strange things in quebec. like limos. 2 of them in 1 day. who drives limos? haha quebers do. well just 2 of them.

i finished the book of mormon for the 2nd time as a missionary. it was amazing. my testimony of that book has grown and grown. just in 3 months. That is what the whole church is held together on. one book. one book proves that joseph smith was a propeht of God. that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only church on Earth today with the authority to act in God's name. i love it

we had the fete de famille this last week. it was awesome! i got to play mandolin and guitar for it. i talked with this guy in our ward for like 30 minutes about guitars. he makes them and is incredible at playing. i got to play a little bit of the blues with him. he was soloing like crazy and then my solos were less...... awesome. haha but it was great fun. 

actually at the fete de famille there was a man who came with a family in the ward. his name was merlin. thats right the wizard merlin! super cool guy. he is covered in tats but he is an aspiring painter, and is starting to get big. we was super interested in the church too. we are going to go give him a visit. and hopefully teach him. i would love to. he is so cool. like he is one of those guys who you would see on the street and mom would probably say kids stay away. but he is the nicest guy, totally willing to talk about his beliefs and stuff. merlin, what a wizard. haha get it? 

well my family the time has come for me to leave. sadly the hours move quickly. before we know it it will be fall. then winter!!! yeah!
