i leave Wednesday
for the 3 hour bus ride up to Quebec city with elder fontaine. he is a
frenchy! so my french is going to get better too! man so many answered
prayers. serisouly. i wanted to go to quebec city so bad and i wanted to
go with a francophone so that i can improve my french. and it is
basically all french up there so this is going to be great!
my comps foot is doing a lot better. he can put his shoe on now. we
are still unsure of what really happened and probably will never know.
we
had a pretty good week. it was kind of slower and i am still shocked
that i am going to quebec city so i can't really remember what happened
but i do remember a couple things.
i sent a few photos home already. one was with me
and a little red head. that is ryan. he is one of my favorite members in
quebec. he is going to serve a mission one day. he is a recent convert
of about 2 years and he has progressed so much. he passes the sacrament
every week and he will be a great missionary. i told him that i am going
to pick him up from the air port when he flies to utah for the mtc.
it was sad to say good-bye to all my friends. i
still have more goodbyes to do. i said goodbye to all those crazy
chomedey kids. they are so funny.
well there is much to do on this pday so i can prepare to leave but i wish to tell you about this scripture i read this morning
alma 22:15-16
what do we need to do to receive exaltation? follow the gospel of Jesus Christ. that is all we must do.
read it and ponder about the steps of the Gospel.
i will do the same
i love you all very very much and can't wait for next weeks email to show you la ville de québec.
love elder cameron
